NAFTA's Chapter 11 and FTAA:
Bankrupting Democracy in the Americas

You are cordially invited to a presentation on international trade and its effects on our community. Learn how local environmental, health, and social justice laws are under threat from International agreements. June 5, 2003 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at "The Barn" 11725 Bodega Highway (on the left side about 5 miles out of Sebastopol, just before the peak above Freestone).

Jesse Swanhuyser will have just returned from Central America when this program is presented. Mr. Swanhuyser will discuss the local implications surrounding International Trade Treaties like NAFTA and the new hope of trans-nationals, FTAA. Democracy is being undermined as international treaties usurp local, state and federal statute.

Please join us for a thought provoking and educational evening. Feel free to call with questions or to request this presentation to your club or organization. (707) 823-1839 and email at pdswan@prodigy.net.
