"I don't waste time thinking, 'Am I doing it right?' I ask, 'Am I doing it?'"
- Georgette Mosbacher

The Club is looking for people to represent us at upcoming festivals like the Bodega Seafood, Art & Wine Festival, and the Progressive Festival in Petaluma. It entails giving out the Needles and other literature, and selling teeshirts, etc. It's fun, it's free admission and you have time to walk around and enjoy the event too. Call Diana 823-4293.

Environmental Center Office: Volunteer one afternoon a week (or a month). Help keep the Environmental Center open more hours. Read your novel, share in group tasks, meet the public and be involved. Call Diana at 823-4293.

Sonoma Group Membership Chair: Person needed to introduce new members to activities and groups within the Club. Person will attend Environmental Forums once a month and spend 2-3 hours meeting new members. Contact Diana: 823-4293.

Redwood Chapter Membership Chair: Welcome and match new members with their interests within the local Sierra Club, implement a new member contact plan, co-ordinate sharing information with Group Membership Chairs. Contact Margaret at penningt@sonic.net, 707-479-6682.

Perhaps you live in Cloverdale, Healdsburg, Windsor or Jenner, Bodega Bay, Occidental, Petaluma or Sonoma. The Conservation Committee wants to know about the issues in your community and to support your work. However, we need the information. We're looking for local "reporters" who will inform us monthly of the ongoing efforts to improve the environment and protect the integrity of our county. 1-2 hours a month written or email and Sierra Club membership required. Contact Marsha Taylor, Conservation Committee Chair, 546-9233.
