Clark Nattkemper Memorial

I want to thank all of you who responded to the call for donations to build a memorial bench on the Nattkemper Trail. What a great bunch of members we have!

As of this deadline these are the people who have donated to the project: Diana Nasser ; Warren Watkins; Clair and Carla Estabrook; Don and Marilyn Sanders; Sandra Taylor; Michael Rilla; Roger Sanborn; Carol Draper; Mimi and Brad Dupin; Myfanwy Plank; the Solano Group of the Sierra Club and Rollye and Doris Wiskerson. Of course Bob Rubin is donating time and some materials. Marcus Lipton has offered materials and expertise on foundation, and I am donating a few months of planning and site preparation. If we want the poem by Don Emblen near the bench it will be a minimum of $350 for a material called gravel ply. The bronze plaque will be $170-$254. We are still working out details. I'll keep you updated.
