REDWOOD NEEDLES Presented by the Sierra Club Redwood Chapter Newsletter, The REDWOOD NEEDLES Return to Article Menu Environmental Forum in Napa Ten Napa City Council candidate’s will put their best foot forward hoping to garnor more votes in an Environmental Forum Candidates’ Night just before the March election at the Napa County Board of Supervisors’ Chambers. Each candidate will be asked what is the most important environmental issue facing the City of Napa and will field questions from the audience about transportation, growth, wildlife issues, and ideas of the things to come. Last year’s forum was quite successful in bringing into the larger political debate enforcement of hillside protections and the need for protecting the Rural Urban Limit Line.
