- If you have no time: Vote and vote "green."
- If you have just a little time: Talk to your neighbors, friends, relatives and anyone else you can think of. Tell them you're voting for the environment. Encourage them to do the same.
- If you can commit a little more time: Volunteer to work on an election campaign of a "green" candidate or for a "green" ballot measure. Helping with phone banks, distributing literature, walking precincts is as important as campaign funds to these campaigns.

- One of the most important things you can do for the environment is to vote for environmentally friendly candidates and ballot measures. The local candidates and ballot measures we've endorsed are running grassroots campaigns and all need volunteers and financial support. We've included contact phone numbers so you can call to help out. In Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Petaluma, Healdsburg, Sonoma and Windsor the opportunity exists to elect or maintain pro-environment Council majorities. City Councils have a huge influence on land-use and resource decisions. The local land-use measures we've endorsed are critically important to moving in the direction of environmental sustainability in our region. Please help however you can.
