Napa County Sierra Club 12 July 2008, Saturday Half-day hike at Archer Taylor Preserve Location: Napa This is a half-day hike up Redwood Creek, in the shade to the Devil’s Well. Class: M-5-C. Wear hiking boots; the trail is uneven and steep. Bring water, sun protection and a snack if you wish. Returning to the cars at about 12:00 pm. Leader: Penny 707-944-2058. Paddle to Napa Marsh Location: Napa Paddle to Napa Marsh with the Napa Land Trust and the Napa Group of the Sierra Club. Float with the tide as it fills this restored wetland complex of the Napa River, just south of the City of Napa. We'll paddle from Kennedy Park into formerly diked wetlands, restored and protected by efforts of The Land Trust of Napa County and the California Department of Fish and Game.
